Insurance Consultant
A veteran in the insurance industry, Melissa began her career in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative in the St. Louis Cigna office, working with small-to-mid market employers on ancillary lines of coverage. In 1992, she was promoted to the level of Account Manager. In 1998, she was promoted again to become an Account Executive working with Cigna's national accounts within the region.
Melissa moved to the brokerage side in 2003, joining JW Terrill as an Account Service Representative working with the firm's small group accounts. She left in 2004 to accept an opportunity with Mutual of Omaha to work on all of their medical accounts in the region. In 2006, Melissa determined that the biggest opportunity for her to assist employers was to go back to the brokerage side of the business and joined Mary E. Biggs Inc. as a Sales Representative and Account Manager.
In 2012, Melissa joined Bremer Conley, and in 2017, she was given the title of Insurance Consultant. Melissa brings her clients a wealth of industry knowledge.
